We offer HR solutions which cover transactional HR through to transformational services. Our approach is based on the principles of the HR business partner model which we have successfully implemented in many organisations. This places HR at the heart of the organisation to support cultural change.

The policy development team offer a bespoke service to review HR policies and procedures in light of best practice, best fit to address the challenges facing the organisation and employment legislation.  This is supported by an implementation programme to introduce the new policies to the organisation.

We specialise in attendance solutions which support organisations to manage sickness absence more effectively. This is through developing policies and interventions which reduce sickness absence rates and in turn increase workforce productivity. We also work in partnership with First Care absence management.
