Paul Beal came to the Trust as the Interim Director of Organisational Development. Paul’s main remit was to carry out a diagnostic review of the Personnel and Development service which subsequently led to a restructure of the service. This introduced the HR Business Partner model, which was a new concept for the organisation.

Paul worked with key stakeholders throughout this challenging process to seek support and buy in to this new service model. He engaged and worked with the staffside to ensure that staff were supported throughout the change process.

Paul’s professionalism, drive and enthusiasm to deliver this change programme for the organisation has impressed the Board and I. The consultancy support through ‘Consulting at 216’ added value to the project to ensure delivery of the programme on time and within the budget.
